Deep Sky Spotter provides planning estimates and suggested starting points. Astronomical positions, weather, scores, exposure guidance, compass directions, and sensor readings can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify conditions and equipment settings independently.
Safety
You are responsible for observing-site access, weather awareness, personal safety, lawful equipment use, and safe travel. Do not rely on the app for navigation, emergencies, or protection from hazardous conditions. Pointing Assist is a rough guide, not telescope alignment or a precision instrument.
Purchases and subscriptions
Deep Sky Spotter Pro prices, billing periods, trials, and renewal terms are shown by your app store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account. Restore Purchases can recover eligible access. Store and RevenueCat terms also apply.
Availability and liability
The app and third-party services may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jehan Labs is not liable for losses caused by reliance on planning estimates, missed photography opportunities, equipment damage, unsafe conditions, or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
